Combined Schools Musical
Program Outline Students perform in a professional musical with peers from other schools, organized by The Arts Unit.
Dates

Rehearsals: Twice a week (Dancing: Tuesday 7.45-8.45am; Singing: Wednesday 3.05-4.05pm)

Technical & Dress Rehearsal: 25 March 2025 (All day)

Performance: 25 March 2025, 5 PM & 7 PM (Mona Vale Public School) 

Costs $20 + bus fee (TBC)

Drama Club (Coming Term 2)
Program Outline A fun and engaging drama club led by Improv Theatre Sydney, focused on building performance skills through improvisation and creativity

Theatre Club
Program Outline Attend three plays at Belvoir St Theatre with Q&A sessions after each performance. Students must attend all three plays in order to be eligible for a subscription. Only open to students studying Drama Years 10-12.

Theatre Residency Program
Program Outline Taught by Little Eggs Collective Artistic Director Julia Robertson and Hamilton actor Anusha Thomas, students collaborate with Little Eggs Collective to devise an original theatre piece, performing at the Lights Up! Drama Festival. Additional festival dates may be added if selected. Open to all students in Stage 5 and 6.

Term 1 (24 Feb – 31 Mar): Mondays, 3:05 PM – 4:05 PM

Term 2 (5 May – 9 June): Mondays, 3:05 PM – 5:00 PM

 Technical Rehearsals (17-18 June):

  • 17 June: 9 AM – 3:30 PM

  • 18 June: 9 AM – 1:30 PM

Performances: 18 June (7:30 PM), 19 June (5 PM & 7:30 PM)

Costs $175 (covers both terms and festival fee)
