Student Representative Council
Purpose
The Student Representative Council:
- Represents the student body as a council
- Creates a line of communication between the student body and teachers
- Promotes student leadership
- Promotes student involvement
Responsibilities
An SRC member should:
- Be a role model
- Look after student well-being
- Represent the views and opinions of the student body
- Address concerns and issues that may affect productiveness, well-being and safety
- Communicate with teachers to address such issues
- Attend all SRC meetings
Structure
The SRC is composed of:
- Two Captains and two Vice Captains (Year 12)
- Four members from each of the remaining years: Years 7-11
