Excitement is running high in anticipation of Marrickville High School's Annual Shakespeare Carnival on Friday 6th May. In a cross faculty approach students are exposed to the magic and intrigue of Shakespeare in a modern setting. Marrickville students understand that Shakespeare is indeed a timeless writer who is still relevant today. Some of the cross faculty activities include acting lessons from Bell Shakespeare, murder mystery who-dun-its, scientific special effects masterclass, fencing lessons, traditional Shakespearean cooking, and set design classes. What a wonderful opportunity for MHS students!
